Type 58 CT / Workover BOP

AXON's Type 58 Coiled Tubing/Workover BOPs are designed to seal and snub pipe, tubing, coiled tubing, and wireline during well service operations. 


Hydraulically actuated, these BOPs can be fitted with hydraulic locks for use in subsea applications, and come with manual locking screws for standard surface operation. 

Features:

 

  • Bore sizes from 2-9/16' to 7-1/16'
  • Pressure ranges up to 20,000 psi
  • Manufactured according to ISO 13533 (API 16A)
  • Flanged or studded side outlet connections available

Type 59 CT / Workover BOP

AXON’s Type 59 Coiled Tubing/Workover BOPs are ideal for a wide variety of well servicing and workover applications. 


Designed with serviceability in mind, these BOPs allow for quick ram change, as well as ease of maintenance and hydraulic connection. 


Furthermore, the Type 59 is suitable H2S service and adheres to applicable API and NACE requirements. 

Features:

 

  • Designed and manufactured to ISO 13533 (API 16A) for Drill Through Equipment.
  • Designed as standard to ISO 15156-1 (NACE MR-0175) for use in hydrogen sulfide environments.
  • Pressure ratings up to 25,000 psi available.
  • Flanged or studded top and bottom connections available.

Type 63 CT / Workover BOP

Available with working pressures of up to 15,000 psi, 


AXON’s Type 63 Coiled Tubing/Workover Ram BOPs are available in single, dual, quad, and quint configurations. 


These BOPs feature a compact, optimized, modular design for ease of installation, operation, and maintenance. 


Hydraulic ram change allows for fast and efficient replacement of rams. Moreover, the shear actuator has a pressure-balanced ram shaft to remove the effects of wellbore pressure during shearing operations. 


The Type 63 also features a ram position indicator to insure visual indication of the shear operation.
