Submersible equipment by Triol Corporation is represented by Triol Downhole measuring system TM01 and Triol’s unique Linear electric submersible pump. Together they represent a complete solution for equipping the stock of marginal oil wells.

Downhole measuring system TM01

Downhole sensors are specially designed to monitor oil well and ESP operation parameters with its further transfer to VFD controller. Telemetry sensors help to optimize oil production and protect ESP installation. Motor temperature sensors are a reliable and secure solution that can easily operate under a wide range of temperatures. Pump monitor sensors helps to optimize and facilitate operation process for Customer convenience. It allows reducing oil wells down time, getting actual information about the well operation and its immediately analyzing. The use of this downhole system provides total control and safe operation of the dual ESP installation.

DMS ТМ01–05

Downhole Measuring System (DMS) is specially designed for monitoring of oil well and electric submersible pump (ESP) operation parameters with its further transmission to Variable Speed Drive (VSD) or Switchboard (SWB) controller. DMS optimizes the oil production, protecting electric submersible pump system from well pump off, premature failure and improves gauge utilization.


Downhole sensor system Triol ТМ01–05 with the temperature and fluid pressure measurement at the pump discharge provides ESP operational modes control and pump technical parameters evaluation. It also allows avoiding saline deposit at the ESP working bodies.

DMS ТМ01–06

OGCS ТМ01–06 downhole sensor system can be easily integrated in the dual ESP installation. It operates under the pressure of 500 atm (7 348 psig). The use of this downhole system provides total control and safe operation of the dual ESP installation, increases nonfailure operating time and reduces energy consumption on the fluid lifting.

DMS TM01-10

TM01-10 purpose is to measure well parameters and electric motor temperature and then transmit the data to VSD controller. TM01-10 allows replacing the ground or submersible parts without efficiency loss, correctness, and accuracy of measurements of the whole system. TM01-10 is optimized and fully complies with the requirements of ETT6.0. It is possible to connect additional equipment with weight up to 5 tons. Submersible blocks provide operation in conditions of high pressure and temperature. The pressure sensors with a sapphire substrate are reliably protected by a titanium plate. The immunity of the system is 600V 50Hz and 1kV 100Hz.

LESP

The following construction represents specially adopted reciprocating electric submersible pump with a drive from the electric linear motor. OGCS Linear electric submersible pump represents the complex solution for production in margin wells:
